(Vietpeace) –Mr. William Hall, member of the Atlantic Philanthropies’ Board of Directors was awarded the Medal “For peace and friendship among nations” at the headquarters of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations (VUFO) on July 19th.

(Vietpeace) The Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations (VUFO), on April 12th 2013, held a meeting in Hanoi with the delegation of 20 newly-appointed Heads of Vietnam’s Diplomatic Missions for 2013-2016 tenure, headed by Mr. To Anh Dung, former Chief of the Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Vietnam to Canada.

(Vietpeace)The ceremony on awarding the medal “For Peace and Friendship among Nations” was held at the headquarters of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations (VUFO) on February 25th. Vice President of the VUFO Don Tuan Phong, on behalf of the VUFO’s leaders, awarded the medal to Mr. Christopher G. Oechsli, President and CEO of the Atlantic Philanthropies (AP) for his contributions to the development of Vietnam.
