Vietnam is ready to have dialogue with countries on human rights
(Vietnam.vn) In its 2013 report on human rights in Vietnam of the US State Department based on the imprecise information which does not reflect the objective realities on the human rights situation in Vietnam, the Foreign Ministry spokesman Lê Hải Bình pointed out:

Vietnam is ready to have dialogue with countries on human rights
Some observations on Vietnam made in the US State Department’s Human Rights Report in 2013 are based on the imprecise information which does not reflect the objective realities on the human rights situation in Vietnam.
In the frank and constructive spirit, Vietnam is ready to have dialogue with countries, including the United State, which still have the views at variance with those of Vietnam in the human rights area, in order to enhance the understanding, narrow the differences and through it, raise the preciseness and objectivity in the judgments of the human rights situation in Vietnam”./.
