Principle and Objectives:

- Viet Nam - Austria Friendship Association is a voluntarily-established social organization of Vietnamese citizens and organizations interested in or related to activities on people-to-people external relations with Austria.

- The Association endeavors to gather and unite members, to organize effective Viet Nam - Austria people-to-people exchange activities in order to enhance solidarity, friendship and mutual understanding between the peoples of Viet Nam and Austria, to develop cooperation on economics - trade, education, culture, media, sports, tourism, etc. between Viet Nam and Austria for the benefit of the people of both countries, for peace, cooperation and development in the region and the world.

Main activities:

- Organizing cultural exchanges (music, fashion...) and economic, educational activities on the occasion of major holidays and important events of the two countries.

- Organizing seminars, roundtables, workshops and specific studies.

- Organizing exchange activities for delegations of culture, art, artists....

- Coordinating activities to connect Vietnamese provinces, enterprises, research institutes, universities with Austrian partners to share information and experiences; promoting cooperation in investment, trade... for the mutual interests under win-win principle.

- Coordinating exchange delegations between Viet Nam and Austria.
