Viet Nam Union of Friendship Organizations
On the morning of August 5 in Hanoi, as part of the 33rd Diplomatic Conference, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs convened a plenary session on Party diplomacy and people-to-people diplomacy. The session was held in a hybrid format, connecting participants in person with 34 provinces and centrally governed cities nationwide, as well as Viet Nam's representative missions abroad.

Prime Minister Le Minh Hung affirmed that the special relationship between Viet Nam and Laos is not merely a relationship between the two Parties and the two States, but first and foremost a close, fraternal bond between the two peoples, painstakingly nurtured by generations of leaders and people of both countries.
The move shows the recognition of Viet Nam’s recent efforts to improve its legal framework and policies and enhance enforcement in practice to create a favourable, transparent and stable business and investment environment in line with international standards and practices.
