Year-end meeting celebrates foundation of Viet Nam-Azerbaijan relations

The Viet Nam - Azerbaijan relations has developed strongly in State diplomacy; Party diplomacy; the Parliamentary diplomacy; and people-to-people diplomacy with the Viet Nam - Azerbaijan Friendship Association serving as a bridge between the two peoples.
