Viet Nam, Spain issue joint statement

Building on the excellent friendship and rich potentials for cooperation between the two countries, both parties expressed their commitment to further enhancing bilateral cooperation in all areas, with the aim of upgrading Viet Nam - Spain relations to a Comprehensive Strategic Partnership at an appropriate time.
