Vietnamese PM meets with top Lao leader in Vientiane

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh met with Lao Party General Secretary and State President Thongloun Sisoulith in Vientiane on January 10, part of his visit to co-chair the 47th meeting of the Viet Nam - Laos Intergovernmental Committee for Bilateral Cooperation.
