Top leader visits Trinity College Dublin, delivering speech

General Secretary of the Communist Party of Viet Nam Central Committee and State President To Lam and a high-ranking delegation of Viet Nam visited Trinity College Dublin in Ireland on October 2, delivering a speech on vision for a new era in Viet Nam–Ireland friendship and cooperation for peace, cooperation and development.
