Vietnamese PM attends ASEAN - China, ASEAN - RoK Summits

Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh attended the 27th ASEAN - China Summit and the 25th ASEAN - Republic of Korea Summit on October 10 in Vientiane, Laos, during which he called for closer connections between the bloc and its partners for peace, security, and sustainable development.
