The conference was participated by more than 200 delegates from VUFO's member organizations at the central level, local unions of friendship organizations, and representatives of VUFO's standing agencies.

During the conference, reports were presented on the global and regional situation, foreign policy of the Vietnamese Party and State, people-to-people diplomacy works, and the model of the local unions of friendship organizations.
