On February 13 in Hanoi, the Party Cell of the Viet Nam Union of Friendship Organizations held a conference to disseminate resolutions, directives, and conclusions of the Party's Central Committee and announced the Decision to establish the Party Committee of the Viet Nam Union of Friendship Organizations.
