Scholarships Presented to Wheelchair Users in Thanh Hoa Province

The US’s Giving it Back to Kids organization will present scholarships for disabled people who use wheelchairs in Thanh Hoa province.

Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 1700/QD-UBND dated April 26, 2024, to receive the aid of more than VND 660 million (USD 25.900) sponsored by Giving It Back to Kids' representative office in Vietnam for the implementation a project providing scholarships for disabled people using wheelchairs.

Scholarships Presented to Wheelchair Users  in Thanh Hoa Province
Giving it Back to Kids is dedicated to helping kids achieve their maximum potential through medical care, education, nutrition, and love.

The project aims to support scholarships for young people and teenagers with disabilities, ages 15 to 35, using wheelchairs in Thanh Hoa province who wish to study at universities, colleges, and vocational training in State and private vocational training establishments, or online learning at home.

The beneficiaries of the project have jobs, and stable incomes, can provide vocational training, and create jobs for others after finishing the study program, contributing to local socio-economic development.

Giving it Back to Kids is a US non-governmental organization working in the following fields including sponsoring wheelchairs, water purifiers, and medical equipment; supporting community health care, heart, and orthopedic surgery; providing livelihood support and care for students, and women in difficult circumstances; presenting scholarships and equipping them with knowledge and life skills; conducting infrastructure construction such as charity house, toilet, swimming pool; human trafficking prevention education, in 22 provinces and cities.

Giving it Back to Kids' activities have contributed to supporting unfortunate people, and households in difficult circumstances, and helping kids achieve their maximum potential.
