Principle and Objectives:

The Viet Nam - Brazil Friendship and Cooperation Association (VBFCA) is a social organization comprised of Vietnamese citizens and Vietnamese organizations interested or engaged in activities in the field of people-to-people diplomacy with Brazil, voluntarily established for the purpose of supporting and uniting members, protecting legitimate rights and interests of members, assisting each other in organizing effectively diplomatic activities between Vietnamese and Brazilian people.

The purpose of VBFCA is to strengthen the traditional solidarity, friendship and understanding between the people of Viet Nam and the people of Brazil; consolidate and develop cooperation for the benefit of the two countries' people, contribute to Vietnam's economic and social development, world peace and development.
