Principle and Objectives:

- Viet Nam - Finland Friendship Association is a voluntarily-established social organization, aiming at gathering and uniting Vietnamese citizens and organizations interested in or related to activities on people-to-people relations with Finland, protecting the rights and legitimate interests of its members, mutually supporting one another for efficient operations, which contribute to the socio-economic development of the country.

- The Association endeavors to enhance and expand solidarity, friendship and mutual understanding between the peoples of Viet Nam and Finland; to develop the cooperation on economics, trade, science, technology, culture, education between the peoples of both countries.

Main activities:

- Organizing annual activities to commemorate the National Day of Viet Nam  and Finland.

- Coordinating delegation exchanges between Viet Nam and Finland.

- Supporting Party’s foreign affairs and State’s diplomacy to promote friendship, solidarity, and collaboration between Viet Nam and Finland.

- Organizing external communication activities to introduce Viet Nam to Finland’s friends, partners, and young generation with a view to foster mutual understanding between the two nations and peoples.
