Principle and Objectives:

- Viet Nam – Netherlands Friendship and Cooperation Association is a voluntarily-established social organization, aiming at gathering and uniting Vietnamese citizens and organizations interested in or related to activities on people-to-people relations with Netherlands, protecting the rights and legitimate interests of its members, mutually supporting one another for efficient operations, which contribute to the socio-economic development of the country.

- The Association endeavors to enhance and expand traditional solidarity, friendly cooperative relations and mutual understanding between the peoples of Viet Nam and the Netherlands; to leverage sympathy and support of the people of the Netherlands for the cause of national construction and defense of the Vietnamese people; to consolidate and develop bilateral cooperation on economics, trade, science, technology, education and training, culture, sports, tourism, etc. between the peoples of Viet Nam and Netherlands for the benefit of the peoples of both countries, for peace, cooperation and development.

- Organizing activities to connect and promote cultural and economic exchanges between the organizations and enterprises of Viet Nam and Netherlands.

- Coordinating delegation exchanges between Viet Nam and Netherlands.

- Mobilizing Dutch partners to participate in charity and humatarian activities in Viet Nam.
