Principle and Objectives:

- The Viet Nam Committee for Asian-African-Latin American Solidarity and Cooperation (VAALA) is a social organization of concerned Vietnamese citizens, who are involved in people-to-people diplomacy activities in Asia, Africa and Latin America, and who voluntarily establish it with the aim of assembling and uniting its members to protect their lawful rights and interests, support each other for effective operation;

- The purpose of VAALA’s activities is to make contributions to strengthening mutual understanding and solidarity, friendship, and cooperation between the people of Viet Nam and the peoples of Asian, African and Latin American countries; to promote peace, people’s solidarity, national independence, democracy and social progress for equitable and sustainable development in Asia, Africa and Latin America, and contribute to the country’s socio-economic development and foreign relations.
