Principles and objectives:

- The Viet Nam Esperanto Association (VEA) is a social organization of concerned Vietnamese citizens and organizations, who are involved in and use Esperanto and and who voluntarily establish it with the aim of assembling and uniting members and organizing international activities effective.

- The purpose of VEA’s activities is to spread and encourage the use of Esperanto as a means of communication, contribute to strengthening and expanding solidarity, friendship, and mutual understanding between the Vietnamese people and people around the world; promote peace, people’s solidarity, national independence, democracy for equitable and sustainable development, contribute to the country’s socio-economic and diplomatic relations development.
