Principle and Objectives:

- The Viet Nam Peace Committee (VPC) is a social organization of Vietnamese citizens and organizations concerned about or involved in people-to-people diplomacy activities for peace, national independence, democracy, social progress, socio-economic development and foreign relations of the country.

- The purpose of VPC’s activities is to make contributions to strengthening and expanding the solidarity, friendship and mutual understanding between the peoples of Viet Nam and other countries in the world; to enlist the support of peace organizations and movements in the world for the national construction, defense and development and to contribute to the world people’s common cause for peace, cooperation and development.
