Principle and Objectives:
The Viet Nam - Africa Friendship and Cooperation Association is a social organization, working to contribute to strengthening understanding between the people of Viet Nam and the people of African countries; Strengthen and develop friendly relations and cooperation in economics, trade, science and technology, education and training, culture, sports, tourism, etc. between Viet Nam and Africa for the benefit of the people each country, for peace, cooperation and development.

- Embassies of African countries in Viet Nam
Main activities:
- Organizing rallies and friendly meetings to celebrate national day and establish diplomatic relations between Viet Nam and other countries.
- Maintaining close relationships with Embassies of African countries in Viet Nam; Exchanging information with Embassies on important events, and participate in activities organized by Embassies; Receiving Ambassadors of African countries at the beginning and the end of their term of office.
- Organizing local visits for diplomatic delegations of African countries in Viet Nam.
