Principle and Objectives:

The Viet Nam - Cambodia Friendship Association (VCFA) is a social organization of Vietnamese citizens and organizations interested in or related to activities in the field of people-to-people diplomacy with Cambodia, voluntarily established, with the aim of gathering and uniting members and organizations. Organize diplomatic activities between the people of Viet Nam and Cambodia effectively.

The purpose of the Association’s activities is to contribute to strengthening understanding between the people of Viet Nam and the people of Cambodia, consolidating and developing the friendship and multifaceted cooperation between the two countries, for peace, cooperation and development in Southeast Asia and around the world, contributing to the country's socio-economic development.

- Cooperative relationship with partners: Cambodia - Viet Nam Friendship Association. The two sides have exchanged solidarity and coordinated to organize large-scale people-to-people exchange activities on the occasion of important events in the two countries' relations.

- The Association acts as a bridge for economic, cultural, and educational exchanges and cooperation: through its affiliated units, the Viet Nam - Cambodia Business Club (supporting many member businesses to invest in Cambodia successfully). Khmer Foreign Language Center (improving the quality of listening and speaking teaching, focusing on practicing communication between students and teachers, between students and teaching assistant groups, especially between students and Cambodian international students).
