Main activities:

- Information and introduction to the Vietnamese people about the history, culture, life and achievements of the Chinese people in the cause of national construction.

- Introduction to the Chinese people the history, culture, life and achievements of the Vietnamese people in building the country.

- Acting as a bridge in economic cooperation, science and technology, and cultural exchange between the people of the two countries.

- Encouraging and helping mass organizations, cultural, scientific, sports and physical organizations and businesses of the two countries to establish friendly relations and cooperation with each other.

- Organizing seminars, exhibitions on culture, economics, science, technology, talks, film screenings, concerts, and art performances introducing China; Encouraging or cooperating with other organizations, agencies and organizations to publish books, newspapers, documents and pictures to introduce China to the Vietnamese people; celebrating the holidays and major anniversaries of the Chinese people.

- Exchange of people's delegations of the two countries.

- Fostering relations with the Chinese People's Foreign Friendship Association and the Chinese Embassy in Viet Nam.
