- Mrs. Doan Thi Xuan Hien, Director General of the Department for Local Member Organizations of VUFO, lecturing on ”Some basic skills in diplomatic protocol“.
- Mr. Nguyen Kim Doanh, Deputy Director General of the External Information Department of VUFO, lecturing on ”External information service in people-to-people diplomacy “.
In one - day training course, the lecturers provided the latest information about the situation in the world and region, the foreign policy of the Party and State in international integration and national construction; some basic skills in diplomatic protocol; the external information service in general, and the external information and dissemination in people-to-people diplomacy in particular./.
