As the world's largest conservation organization with more than 5 million supporters globally, WWF operates in more than 100 countries and territories, supporting approximately 1,300 conservation and environmental protection projects. WWF-Viet Nam has implemented many livelihood improvement programs for local people. Successful models can be mentioned as community-based ecotourism models, cocoa and cashew cultivation models - combined agriculture and forestry, and technically intensive shrimp farming models.
One of WWF-Viet Nam's other achievements is to deal with the impacts of climate change (climate change). WWF-Viet Nam has introduced many programs to influence public awareness and policy influence at the central and local levels. Earth Hour can be considered a typical success.
