Principle and Objectives:

Viet Nam - Korea Friendship Association is a social organization consisting of Vietnamese citizens and organizations that are interested in or involved with people-to-people diplomacy activities with Korea. It was voluntarily established with the aim of bringing together and uniting its members, while effectively organizing people-to-people diplomatic activities between Viet Nam and Korea.

The purpose of the Association is to contribute to strengthening and expanding traditional solidarity and friendship, as well as mutual understanding, between the peoples of Viet Nam and Korea. It aims to foster and develop friendly relations and cooperation in areas such as economics, trade, science and technology, education and training, culture, sports, and tourism between the two countries for the benefit of both peoples, as well as for peace, cooperation, and development in the region and worldwide, ultimately contributing to the socio-economic development of each country.

Main activities:

- Organizing cultural exchange and friendship activities, including seminars, exhibitions on culture, economics, science and technology, talks, concerts, and art performances to introduce Korea. Encouraging or collaborating with other organizations, agencies, and publishers to produce books, documents, and images to promote Korea to the Vietnamese people.

- Organizing, supporting, and promoting Korean language classes for Vietnamese people.

- Bringing together Vietnamese people who have studied, worked, or lived in Korea, and organize exchanges and group activities to maintain and develop ties with the Korean people.

- Establishing relationships with cultural, social, economic, scientific, and technical organizations, as well as non-governmental organizations, Korean organizations, and individuals interested in Viet Nam. Acting as a bridge in fostering cooperation in areas such as economic trade, culture, education, science and technology, and tourism between the two countries. Organizing charity and humanitarian activities.
