Hosted by the Ho Chi Minh City Union of Friendship Organizations (HUFO) and the city's Vietnam - US Friendship Association, the concert aimed to contribute to strengthening the friendship, cooperation and mutual understanding between the Vietnamese people in general, the people of HCM City in particular, and the people of the United States.
